Our Planning Packages


  • Includes at least 1 Lead Planner and Event Assistant – 10 hours on wedding day.  Additional time may be contracted at an hourly rate

  • Services begin 60 days prior to the wedding day

  • Includes an in depth planning session upon contracting our services

  • Includes a comprehensive meeting to go over timeline, floor plan and wedding details 10 days to 2 weeks out from wedding

  • Unlimited communication via call, text and email during office hours starting 60 days prior to your wedding date

  • Meet with and/or contact vendors to verify arrival times, confirm services and discuss important details

  • Design or modify floor plan of the ceremony and  reception venue, as needed

  • Create wedding day timeline and distribute to vendors

  • Rehearse/Oversee Processional and Recessional with officiant and wedding party (same day as wedding)

  • Review wedding party roles

  • Oversee deliveries and set-up

  • Check in vendors and make sure they meet the details of their contracts

  • Supervise and manage decor and table settings

  • Manage the organization and flow of the wedding day to ensure the event runs smoothly and on time

  • Provide event management and behind-the-scenes troubleshooting

  • Bring an emergency kit for day-of emergencies

After you contract us for Day of Coordination and you find you're needing help securing your last 2-3 vendors, we are happy to upgrade your package at a special rate (exclusions may apply).



Includes all services and staffing from our Day of  Coordination package as well as:

  • 3 hand selected, local vendors from our trusted database of exceptional wedding professionals (if additional vendors are needed then they can be added at an additional fee).

  • Unlimited communication via phone, email and text for the entire planning period

  • Includes one in-depth planning meeting, two progress meetings and one final detail meeting 10 days to  2 weeks prior to the wedding.

  • Review all vendor contracts

  • Communicate regularly with vendors for status updates 

  • Prepare a planning calendar that will keep you on track with all major deadlines that occur during the planning process



Includes everything from our Partial Planning Package as well as:

  • Multiple planning meetings

  • Complete vendor referral and management

  • Venue selection if needed

  • Comprehensive budget preparation and management

  • Coordination with vendors onsite on the day-of to ensure set-up and breakdown of the wedding is executed as planned

  • Creation of transportation plan as needed

  • Coordination of hotel room blocks as needed
