THE COMPLETE PLANNING EXPERIENCE

WHO IT'S FOR

The Complete Planning Experience is for the couple who wishes to work with a dedicated professional to plan and handle the entire wedding planning process from start to finish.

WHAT IT INCLUDES


Complete planning provides couples with a detailed and memorable wedding planning experience. The first step in our process is an initial planning consultation where we will discuss your vision of the look and feel of your wedding day and get to really know you. From there we will take the reins and begin working on vendor portfolios for you to select from, as well as décor mood boards to put your ideas and inspiration on canvas.  Getting to know you helps us match you, your vision, your style and your personality with the perfect vendor team for you.

Over the course of the engagement, we will be with you every step of the way for consultations, meetings and everything in between. We have regularly scheduled planning meetings, vendor consultations, site visits and tastings. As we approach the wedding day, we take on the responsibility of RSVP tracking and welcome bag assembly and delivery.  

Complete Planning is inclusive of the Coordination and Event Management.

THE PARTIAL PLANNING EXPERIENCE

WHO IT'S FOR

The partial planning experience is for the couple who has already booked some of their vendors on their own, but would like the experience and benefit of working with a full-time planner throughout the rest of their process.

WHAT IT INCLUDES

Our journey together begins at our initial planning consultation to see where you are in your planning process, and the vendors you have already secured. Partial Planning clients need our assistance with managing the process for selecting their remaining few vendors. For those vendors, the couple will be presented with a portfolio of curated options based on budget, client personality, and vendor availability for their wedding date. From there, we will schedule consultations on behalf of the couple based on the vendors that they would like to meet with. We will attend all of these meetings, and actively manage contract negotiations and payment details. 

Over the course of the engagement, we have regularly scheduled planning meetings, vendor meetings with contracted vendors, and site visits. You will receive regular email check-ins and task lists from us and you will also have your own personal timeline, guest list tools and budget tracking tools. Two Girls in Pearls does not believe in setting limits on communication - all of our planning packages have unlimited emails, texts and phone calls as needed by the client.

Partial Planning is inclusive of the Coordination and Event Management.

COORDINATION AND EVENT MANAGEMENT

WHO IT'S FOR

Our Coordination and Event Management services are for the couple who planned their own wedding but would like a skilled and experienced coordinator to come in, take over and complete their plans leading up to the wedding day.

WHAT IT INCLUDES

Once you have contracted our services we will sit down at an in depth meeting to learn more about the vendors you have selected and all of the details that are important to you.  We are there for any questions and concerns leading up to wedding day.  Prior to wedding day we will sit down and work out the wedding day timeline of events  the way you would like it to flow and go over your floor plan so everything is in the exact spot you'd like it to be.  We are on site on event day from start to finish overseeing vendor set up and tear down and to make sure the day runs according to the plan we've worked on together. We perform behind the scenes to make sure you have a flawless day and are confident in knowing we are your eyes and ears, freeing you to thoroughly enjoy all those important moments.

LUXURY DESTINATION WEDDINGS

Our Destination Wedding Package is for the couple who has a sense of wanderlust and needs assistance putting together their venue, vendors and travel arrangements in their ultimate location.

Our Luxury Destination Wedding experience provides all the expertise needed to plan your ideal wedding in the setting of your dreams.  You decide where, and we will do all the work to make it happen.  We start with an in-depth conversation to discuss your concept of location, what you’d like the experience to feel like and all of the important details.  So, whether you would like an all inclusive resort locale, a museum wedding in New York City or a Garden wedding in the French countryside, we can make it happen.  We do all the research and planning while you enjoy the process knowing you are in professional hands.  Our in depth knowledge of the travel business makes us stand out in the arena of destination wedding planners.

LUXURY WEDDING & EVENT DESIGN

WHO IT'S FOR

Our luxury wedding & event design experience is for the client who has a visual concept and needs a designer to create and execute the overall vision for their event.    

WHAT IT INCLUDES

We work with the client on everything from selecting a color palette to creating a floor plan, choosing linens and other rentals, imagining floral designs, and even developing branding and personalization for invitation suites and the event.  An event designer is the creative force developing the visual concepts and ideas for an event.

Kimberly and Beth were a huge help in planning our entire wedding. Although we were all trying to figure out how to navigate planning through a pandemic, these ladies were always there for us and reassuring us that everything would turn out just as we had envisioned.
